光纤通信、光纤传感教育及工作经历
先进光子技术研究院院长,广东省“珠江人才计划”引进创新创业团队带头人,通感融合光子技术教育部重点实验室主任。中国光学工程学会常务理事、光学学会纤维光学与集成光学专委会副主任委、《Light: Science &Applications》等学术期刊编委,北京交通大学兼职教授博导。主要从事光纤通信和光纤传感等研究工作,主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点、广东省重大专项、广东省“珠江人才计划”引进创新创业团队等项目。已发表SCI收录论文150余篇,授权国内外发明专利60余件,翻译专著1本。获陕西省科学技术进步二等奖、中科院西安分院和陕西省科学院科技进步一等奖、中国科学院自然科学三等奖、中国光学工程学会金燧奖金奖和银奖各一项。
